To the extent permitted by law, SureGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
